Abstract

Against the backdrop of the era of data law, this article analyzes the framework structure of China's data law. Meanwhile, it also provides a brief overview of foreign data laws and explores the legal regulatory approaches to citizens' information retrieval and sharing. Firstly, the article presents a systematic overview of the data law and analyzes the troubles brought to citizens by the transparency of citizens' information in the era of big data. Then, from aspects such as the supervision of cross-border data flows and the legal supervision of big data, this article elaborates in detail on the legal regulatory approaches to citizens' information retrieval and sharing in the era of big data. Finally, this article summarizes China's efforts in ensuring data security, actively participating in the formulation of international rules, and promoting the legal and orderly flow of data, and points out that further exploration and improvement of the legal regulatory approaches to citizens' information retrieval and sharing in the era of data law are needed in the future.
